Discover Dalmatian food and local life on this small-group tasting tour through central Split. A licensed local guide leads you through the Green Market and introduces traditional dishes, ingredients, and the stories behind the region’s Mediterranean cuisine. Tastings include homemade rakija, traditional soparnik, seasonal seafood and a family-style Dalmatian meal served with a glass of local wine.

The tour visits local eateries and family-run spots rather than focusing only on the city’s main tourist restaurants, giving you a broader introduction to how people eat in Split today. Vegetarian options are available, although the experience is not suitable for vegans or travellers with food allergies.

Sail Croatia's Dalmatian coast on a GaySail Exclusive catamaran cruise, departing on two charter dates in summer 2026: July 4-11 and July 11-18. Both weeks run between Dubrovnik and Trogir (next to Split), with each offering a different island itinerary so you can combine them for a two-week adventure and save an extra €100 on your second week.

The boat is a 42-foot Lagoon catamaran with four double cabins, each with a private bathroom. Two smaller single crew cabins (deck access) are also available at a 30% discount, making this a good fit for couples and solo travelers alike. Singles in a double cabin can share the bed with separate linens or upgrade to a private ensuite.

Included in the price: onboard accommodation, a gay skipper and gay cook, breakfast, lunch, soft drinks, harbor fees, taxes, fuel and cleaning. Dinners and alcoholic drinks are not included -- you'll eat ashore most evenings.

The route threads through Croatia's best-known Dalmatian islands: Brac, Hvar, Vis and Solta, with stops in secluded bays, centuries-old village harbors and the UNESCO-listed town of Trogir. Dubrovnik's city walls round off the journey, with plenty of opportunity to trace the city's Game of Thrones locations.

For those interested in nude sailing, GayNudeSail runs the same Dalmatian route on June 20-27 and June 27-July 4, 2026.
