Theros Wave Bar has moved from Eros Beach to a new seaside setting at Mesa Pigadia in Akrotiri, after almost 20 years at its original location. Set at the foot of steep white cliffs, the bar looks out over a quiet volcanic beach of black pebbles and sand, with loungers, shaded areas, and plenty of space to settle in for the day.

Order Greek dishes, fresh cuisine, signature cocktails, or something from the extensive wine list, then have lunch delivered to your lounger. Service is attentive and friendly. There is a paved road and plenty of parking for guests who wish to reach this bar by car. Boat services from Akrotiri also connect with Mesa Pigadia.

Theros is available for private events and parties.

Crystal Restaurant sits on the cliffs of Fira, with an elevated terrace overlooking Santorini’s caldera and the Aegean. Its tucked-away position means the terrace feel less crowded than some of the restaurants around it, leaving you with an unobstructed view for sunset.

Settle in for dinner as the sky turns gold, pink, and orange, or stop by for cocktails and take advantage of the extensive drinks menu (even some with a selection of shisha flavors). The kitchen serves generous portions of well-presented food, with fresh flavors and plenty of choice.

Friendly, attentive service adds to the appeal, whether you’re here for a full meal or simply a drink with one of Fira’s best views.

Murphy’s Bar has been welcoming travelers in Santorini since 1999, starting out as a pub and eatery before turning into a late-night nightclub after dark. 

Head upstairs for a drink on one of the balconies, challenge someone to a game of pool or darts, or catch live sports while the bar is still in pub mode. Later, DJs and live bands take over the two floors, and the crowd stays on into the early hours.

The drinks menu covers cocktails and plenty of other choices, with happy hour and regular drink deals available. Staff are attentive and friendly, although prices are on the steep side even for Santorini.
